LUXEAIR is a new airline startup who specializes in servicing high end guests with top of the line experience. LUXEAIR puts a great emphasis on creating a personalized experience before, during and after for their guests. With a detailed understanding of who they are in their everyday life, and of the criteria that influences and inspires them to take a business trip or vacation.

OBJECTIVE

Design the journey for door to flight experience for a new airline startup and bring out multichannel approach that seeks to provide customers with a seamless experience from a desktop, mobile device or a tablet.

The journey should include Transport selection to airport, choose a meal, book a room at the hotel and find interesting events around the city for leisure.

PERSONA

In order to get some insight into high end traveling habits, I decided to do some insight gathering with friends and relatives with a good socio-economic level

He has heard about LuxeAir from one of his business associates. He downloads the app and books a ticket to Dubai. Mahmood Al Tahir has a meeting in the morning post which he wants to attend a music concert in Dubai.

LUXEAIR has achieved a dramatic presentation using standard fonts and simplicity. The beauty of this splash screen is that the image relies solely on the text choices and the black and white contrasts.

The radiance line on the logo gives a unique and luxury feel to the user, this also means progress towards achievement.

Mahmood Logs on to app to select his transport from his hotel to airport. LUXEAIR has wide range of luxury and comfort cars to choose from with medical assistance.

Mahmood has a Lumbar pain and wants to make sure he travels without any health issues.

LUXEAIR provide customers with a seamless experience from a desktop, mobile device or a tablet. This gives an ease and comfort in overall process as time is the biggest challenge for high end guests.

Mahmood chooses to prepare his meal while traveling to the airport as he had an important call to attend.

THE SEAMLESS OMNI-CHANNEL EXPERIENCE

Today’s customers expect seamless journeys – any time and any place – that are easy to use, without any friction.

LUXEAIR created a system which unifies content and functionality from multiple back-end systems into a unified customer experience across web and mobile touchpoints.

LUXEAIR provides an iPad for multi purpose usage booking, work, leisure, news.

PROFILING

"The face will be the new digital identity"

LUXEAIR uses face recognition technology to store and retrieve customer’s profiles, which removes the pain-point of memory load remembering user id and password. This iPad is voice enabled, which means no motor load is involved either. The technology will recall preferences based on unique facial identity.

Mahmood's face was detected by the iPad and directly asked him to start-off from where he left earlier.

Mahmood responds to continue without any touch input.

The dish also mentions consumable calories. User can consume meal as per their health preferences.
