OBJECTIVE

Design a seamless door-to-flight journey for LUXEAIR using a multichannel approach, ensuring a smooth experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet. This journey includes transport selection to the airport, meal choices, hotel bookings, and finding local events.

PERSONA

Background
Mahmood is a business executive trading in luxury watches and jewelry. He lives with his wife and two daughters, managing the family business and expanding its reach. Mahmood loves to travel, explore new places, and attend events for relaxation and entertainment.

Motivations:
- Enjoys music concerts for relaxation and mental diversion from work.
- Seeks stylish, stress-free travel experiences.

Frustrations:
Limited time for research and information consumption.
Constantly on calls with clients and manufacturers.
Needs a reliable agency for scheduling and booking to avoid time loss and business impact.

GENERAL SCENARIO

Mahmood Al Tahir, planning a business and leisure trip to Dubai, hears about LUXEAIR from a business associate. He downloads the app, books a flight, and schedules a seamless journey that includes a meeting at 3:00 PM and a music concert in the evening.

VISUAL DESIGN

THE DOOR TO FLIGHT EXPERIENCE

SPLASH

LUXEAIR's splash screen uses standard fonts and a black-and-white contrast for a dramatic, elegant presentation. The radiant line on the logo signifies luxury and progress.

FLEET SELECTION

Mahmood logs into the app to select transport from his hotel to the airport. LUXEAIR offers a range of luxury cars with medical assistance. Mahmood, who has lumbar pain, chooses a car with lumbar support.

This screen provides all the necessary details, including fare, passenger capacity, luggage capacity, and additional services. The top tabs help switch between categories, ensuring easy navigation and clear information.

The car booking confirmation screen provides all essential information. LUXEAIR's seamless experience across devices ensures comfort and ease for high-end guests like Mahmood.

THE SEAMLESS OMNI-CHANNEL EXPERIENCE

Today’s customers expect seamless journeys – any time and any place – that are easy to use, without any friction.

LUXEAIR created a system which unifies content and functionality from multiple back-end systems into a unified customer experience across web and mobile touchpoints.

LUXEAIR provides an iPad for multi purpose usage booking, work, leisure, news.

PROFILING

"The face will be the new digital identity"

LUXEAIR uses face recognition technology to store and retrieve customer’s profiles, which removes the pain-point of memory load remembering user id and password. This iPad is voice enabled, which means no motor load is involved either. The technology will recall preferences based on unique facial identity.

Mahmood's face was detected by the iPad and directly asked him to start-off from where he left earlier.

Mahmood responds  to continue without any touch input.

MEAL SELECTION

While en route to the airport, Mahmood selects his meal using the app. The interface allows voice and touch input, showing consumable calories and progress in the journey.

HOTEL

Based on Mahmood's preferences and history, the app recommends hotels facilitated by the recommendation engine.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Mahmood liked his previous stay experience and would like to experience it again.

Event details are shared on his app, email and SMS. User can also choose to show QR code generated for faster experience.
