CADBURY

As part of Cadbury India's largest brand revamp in over a decade, we enhanced the experience of its four popular variants: Roast Almond, Fruit & Nut, Crackle, and Milk Chocolate. This transformation included an interactive website, animated commercials, and engaging mobile games tailored to each new flavor. Additionally, the app features a unique magic trick activated by scanning a pack with the app.

BRAND EXPERIENCE MOBILE GAME APP

The gaming zone kept many customers engaged with flavor-specific games, accessible via Facebook login:

Drop Catch for Milk Chocolate
Beat the Heat for Roast Almond
Crackly Chain for Crackle
The Perfect Pair for Fruit & Nut

For instance, in "The Perfect Pair," players use a cannon to shoot fruits to the top of the ‘&’ icon and nuts to the bottom, earning points for correct combinations.

The app tracks scores, features leaderboards for high scorers, and includes "Boosters" that increase scores when users scan a pack. Players can play multiple times, submit their scores, or share them on social media. Weekly prizes include chocolate hampers.

USER JOURNEY & WIREFRAMES

The user journey was designed after conducting comprehensive user research with the brand's target audience. Insights from these sessions informed a seamless, engaging flow that encouraged repeat gameplay and brand interaction. By understanding users' preferences and behaviors, I crafted an intuitive experience that resonated with both new and existing customers.

VISUAL DESIGN

Adhering to Cadbury's brand guidelines, I designed an app that visually echoed the joyful and imaginative spirit of the revamped Cadbury Dairy Milk. The interface utilized brand colors, typography, and elements to create a cohesive and inviting experience, leading to millions of plays and high user engagement.

CONCLUSION

The Cadbury Brand Experience Mobile Game App successfully combined entertainment and brand interaction, enhancing user engagement and solidifying the revamped Cadbury Dairy Milk's market presence.
